A well-established cloud solutions provider – client of GREEN HAT HR CONSULTING is seeking to hire Salesforce Solution Architect. The company has over three decades of market presence, has served over 2500 clients, and is currently a leading salesforce.com partner in the region. The company has a supportive work environment, vibrant team and flexible work timings.
As a Solution Architect, the incumbent would have full ownership of the overall technical design and would be responsible for recommending best practice solutions based on client business requirement. The job holder would be responsible for mapping the client’s business requirements to the technical requirements. The incumbent would participate in pre-sales discussions and define the technical scope and technical resource requirements. The job holder would be required to be up to date in Salesforce.com releases and Salesforce.com functionality.
Mandatory Prerequisites
- Bachelors Degree of Higher Education in IT / Computers / Engineering
- Previous work experience of minimum 6 years in Salesforce.com
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Multiple end to end Implementation and configuration experience in Enterprise applications.
- Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills.
