J-2101 – Technical Lead – eCommerce

A well-established regional group conglomerate with significant presence in fresh produce has retained us, GREEN HAT HR CONSULTING to hire a Technical Lead – eCommerce. The company has over three decades of market presence, and a strong B2B clientele from the food service industry. As part of expanding its B2C base the company is strengthening online retail presence. The company has a supportive work environment, clear vision and a strong technical team.

As a Technical Lead, the incumbent would have full ownership of the technical architecture and development of secure, reliable and scalable online retail platform. The job holder would be responsible for mediating the business requirements from the internal departments and coordinate with external vendors whenever required. The incumbent would also be responsible for application development schedules, quality assurance, resource planning and team management.

Mandatory Prerequisites

• Bachelors Degree or Higher Education in IT / Computers / Engineering.
• Previous work experience of minimum 6 years in eCommerce application development.
• Lead role experience of minimum 2 years in B2C eCommerce application development.
• Experienced in open source eCommerce platforms, web service technologies and search engines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership capabilities, problem solving aptitude and interpersonal skills.
